PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project sought to address critical scientific knowledge gaps on gender-based violence among minority immigrant populations with a focus on sex trafficking. It included two primary study activities: review of published scientific literature on gender-based violence among Asian-American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AANHPI) populations and collecting observational data with Latina survivors of sex trafficking with a focus on HIV risk behaviors.
