Samantha Doonan (she/her) is a New York State Science Policy Fellow in the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. She holds a PhD in Population Health from the New York University Grossman School of Medicine. Her research focuses on the impact of state substance use policies on population health and equity. Previously, she conducted research for the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission and worked as a health science specialist for the Veteran Affairs National Center for PTSD. Publications
