PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This study will identify policies with the greatest potential to buffer people who use drugs from the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and future societal crises. The study will also provide insights on the types of communities that are most vulnerable to the effects of disasters on overdose. This knowledge can help improve and optimally target public policy responses to future pandemics and other major disasters.
